1. Who we are

Super Keto AI is a mobile app for keto planning, recipes, a food log, and AI help, plus this website. Contact: tarikaistudio@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By downloading the app, creating an account, or using the site you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

3. Age

The service is for people 16 and older. It is not for children.

4. Not medical advice

Content (plans, recipes, AI coach, meal estimates) is for information and organizing food. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a doctor or dietitian. For health decisions (pregnancy, illness, medication) ask a professional.

5. Account

You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service.

6. AI and accuracy

AI features use Google AI models (Gemini). Calorie estimates from a photo or text, menus, and coach answers are automated and can be wrong. Use them as a helper, not as the only measure.

7. Intellectual property

The logo, texts, recipes in the catalog, and the design of the app and site belong to Super Keto AI unless stated otherwise. You may not copy them for your own commercial service.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for data loss, downtime, weight-loss results, or harm from using advice in the app.

9. Website, cookies, and ads

The site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel if you accept cookies. The app is free: no subscriptions. Revenue is Google AdMob ads (for example banners and rewarded ads for AI credits). We do not use health data or photos for advertising.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the changes.
